Now let’s see which councillors commit to the maximum housing numbers and mix in the Southwater Neighbourhood Plan for the SAME period as the forthcoming Horsham District Plan - till 2039 without increase. AND commit to retaining the Built Up Area Boundary. “Enough is Enough”.
